Professional Development
One of the key components of our mission includes offering cutting-edge professional development for school counselors. As such, NSCA has become the leading provider of school counselor-specific professional development in Nebraska. We put on two events annually, the NSCA School Counselor Academy and the NSCA Elementary School Counselor Conference. These two events represent the two largest gatherings of school counselors each year in the State of Nebraska. In addition to these annual offerings we host other professional development events as needed. NSCA members receive significant discounts on registration fees to all our professional development offerings creating a situation where attending our professional development offerings more than pays for the cost of an NSCA membership.
